1. General Policy
By booking with MPQ Travel and Tours Philippines, the client acknowledges and agrees that all tickets, tours, and hotel reservations are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
2. Payment and Confirmation
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Once payment is made, bookings are confirmed and final.
3. Cancellation and Modifications
- No cancellations, refunds, or reimbursements will be entertained once the booking is confirmed.
- Modifications or rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees, at the discretion of MPQ Travel and Tours Philippines.
4. No-Show and Offloading Policy
- Failure to show up for a booked service (flight, tour, or hotel) will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount paid.
- Passengers offloaded by immigration authorities or airline officials will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
5. Visa Denial Policy
- In the unfortunate event of a visa application being denied, the guarantee deposit will be forfeited.
- MPQ Travel and Tours Philippines is not responsible for visa approval or rejection decisions made by embassies or consulates.
- Clients must ensure they meet all visa requirements before applying.
6. Responsibility and Liability
- MPQ Travel and Tours Philippines acts only as an intermediary between the client and airlines, hotels, or tour operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or unforeseen circumstances caused by third parties.
- It is the client’s responsibility to check all travel requirements, such as visas, passports, and other necessary documentation.
7. Force Majeure
- No refunds will be issued due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
8. Client Acknowledgment
By signing below, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions regarding their booking.
