Data will include (but is not limited too): References and Employment History; Criminal Record Checks; Identity and Right to Work; Professional Registration and Qualifications, Training, Fitness to Work and any other information relevant as part of my registration and employment through Team A5 Limited [my employer] or business clients/partners of my employer, including Payslips; Application Forms and Interview Forms.
