Every family is unique, and our goal is to ensure each puppy finds the best possible home while also making sure their new family is set up for success. This questionnaire helps us understand your experience, lifestyle, and expectations so we can make the best match. If you're a seasoned Siberian Husky owner, we won’t bog you down with information you already know. But if this is your first puppy—or your first Husky—we want to provide the guidance and resources you need to confidently welcome your new companion. Your honest answers help us make the best placement for both you and the puppy!

Completing this application is a step in the process of acquiring a puppy fromIvie Huskies, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. The breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: I will review applications within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit, I'll notify you. I will then place you on a list. Deposit will be required within 48 hours after approval.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: We do not allow people to pick their own puppies. We take the information in this application and the feeling we have from our many conversations we will have and match the appropriate puppy to the correct puppy. I spend 8 weeks with them and will know their personalities well.

GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. If you do have plans please let me know so arrangements can be made.

CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.

SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter at the earliest 18 months. I am a firm believer in not doing early spay and neuter. It is for the health of your dog.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our excellent family companions do come with registration from the AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB. All pet puppies will be sold on limited registration with contractual consequences if the dog is bred. I will not allow them to be registered and I will execute my contract to remove the dog. All show dogs will be sold on full rights I have two contracts. One for pet and one for show
