Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! The form will help us identify volunteer roles which may be of interest to you. The information collected will be used to help us support you and ensure that you have the best volunteer experience possible.
Volunteer Data Protection Policy & Equal Opportunities

Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod aims to provide equal opportunities and fair treatment for all staff and volunteers.
In order to provide a professional and effective volunteer experience, we need to keep a record of you which may contain personal and sensitive information.

All data is treated as private and confidential and only viewed by staff members and regulated volunteers.

Your data will be stored securely on an online database.
You have the right to see any information that we hold about you, and to have your details removed. When you no longer wish to volunteer, we will remove you from our database.

We may compile statistical information for monitoring purposes but this will be anonymised and never include references to a particular individual.

We will use your contact details to regularly communicate with you about your volunteer experience, training and special events.

We ask for information about you, your experience and interests to help us support you in a suitable volunteer role.

In order to do this, we need your permission.
