All dogs adopted from Friends of Ashe County Animal Shelter are adopted as INDOOR ONLY pets, unless specified. Please remember that dogs can live 10+ years. Thousands of dogs are killed at shelters each year because their owners did not plan for the future. Dogs can get sick and require expensive medical treatment during the course of their life.
