Important Notice: This form is a request only and does not guarantee approval. If you are requesting to swap residents on an existing lease, please note that all changes are subject to management approval and are not guaranteed. Approval Conditions: All new residents must complete the standard screening process, including background.

Application fees apply: $55 per new resident. Current residents must undergo income verification ($10 fee per resident The request and all required procedures must be completed within 5 business days of processing. A $50 administrative fee will be charged upon approval of the request.

Verbal and Written Acknowledgment Requirement:

We will contact all current residents on the lease for both verbal and written acknowledgment of the requested changes. All parties on the lease must be in agreement with the requested change. We will not proceed with processing this request unless we have acknowledgment from every resident on the lease confirming their agreement to the changes.

Once this form is submitted, a team member will reach out within 3 business days to begin processing the request. We will contact both the current residents listed on the lease and any new prospective residents to coordinate the necessary steps and documentation required for approval.

Acknowledgment & Consent: All parties understand that this request does not amend the lease agreement and is subject to approval based on the outlined conditions. The resident(s) and landlord agree to comply with these terms for processing the lease change request.
