📜 Event Rules & Info
- Game begins promptly at 4:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM.
- One 15-minute break will occur at approximately 5:00 PM.
- Please have your child bring their own snacks and drinks.
- All game supplies (dice, character sheets, pencils, etc.) will be provided.
- Participants must follow D&D 5th Edition (2024 ruleset)—no exceptions.
- Space is limited. If registration is full, your child will be placed on a waitlist and you will be contacted if space becomes available.
- Only children aged 10–14 are eligible for this event.

By signing below, I give permission for my child to participate in the Beginner’s Dungeons & Dragons Night at The Big Free Bookstore. I understand that:
- I am responsible for my child’s transportation to and from the event.
- I will ensure my child is picked up no later than 6:00 PM.
- If my child is disruptive or does not follow the event rules, they may be asked to leave.
- Event organizers may take photos during the event for promotional and social media purposes. By signing, I give permission for my child’s photo to be taken and used by REACH, Inc. and The Big Free Bookstore.
