  • Craft'n Creations Stress Relief and Support Group

    Craft'n Creations is a discussion-led group open to all women looking for a place to destress with a craft of the semester- such as latch hooking- while talking about topics such as stress management, self-love and self-worth, healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, etc. This group is a safe space to speak whatever is on your mind or weighing you down so discussion leaders and peers can listen and provide comfort and nonjudgement.

  • United Sisters Leadership & Support Group for Black women

    United Sisters is a support group for Black women at Central Connecticut State University that focuses on creating a space for empowerment, support, and community-building. This program is designed to celebrate the unique experiences and identities of Black women and discuss different topics while also addressing the challenges they may face on campus and in society.

  • Latina Leadership & Personal Development Group

    Latina Leadership & Personal Development creates a safe and culturally responsive environment that fosters a sisterhood atmosphere for support, encouragement, and resiliency. Participants take part in in group discussion, campus engagement, and event planning in which they create strong connections and develop leadership and life skills. This group also values empowering and supporting one another as they deal with the uniqueness of being Latinas while completing their college education.
