All Invoices have been paid in full.I have fulfilled the terms my One Safe Place Contract Agreement.I understand that all data being backed up will be deleted.I have Uninstalled and removed all Active Agents performing backups from all hardware.Upon Termination of Services under the OSP Terms of Service, I understand that all backup device hardware will be returned to One Safe Place at 1550 W Walnut Hill Ln, Irving, TX 75038 within 10 business days, or pay OSP the current price of the Local Hardware Device. Account will not be closed until hardware is received.
I certify, affirm, and promise that I have the corporate authorization required to enter into this Customer Deletion Order. I understand that this is a PERMANENT AND IRREVERSIBLE DELETION OF REFERENCED DATA. I further understand that the requested date for deletion may take up to 1 month to be completed and deleted data will continue to show on the invoice until the next billable month. IMPORTANT: ACTIVE AGENTS performing backups must be UNINSTALLED & REMOVED from all hardware before submitting this Account Termination Request.
