Please note family members won't receive a playing shirt only the main playing member. Remember to choose the appropriate membership option at the end of the form to pay. Player Terms and Conditions
- I give permission for emergency first aid to be administered by a qualified first aider and should the necessity arise, I agree to the person in charge giving consent, on my behalf, for anaesthetic to beadministered or for urgent medical treatment (including but not limited to blood transfusion and invasive surgery) to be given to the above named player
- I also understand that while the coaches and captains in charge of players will take reasonable care of them, they can not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts and/or damage to property or third parties which may occur as a result of cricket practice sessions and/or matches
- I understand that I am responsible to arranging transport to and from matches
- I understand that if I provide a helmet it must conform to ECB rules and regulations
- Podington Cricket Club policies and Guidelines are situated on the Noticeboard in the main entrance of the Club. It is your responsibility to be aware of these.
- I understand that am responsible for my match and tea fees which are to be paid to the team captain on the day of play.

Podington Cricket Club has signed up to the national cricket website www.play-cricket.com on which we can enter results and individual performances, please advise us below if you do not give consent to be included.

Our GDPR policy means that we collect personal information about our playing members to ensure their health and safety and to allow us to contact them (or their emergency contacts) if required. The data is held securely by the Club and only accessed by relevant officers. By providing this information you agree that Podington Cricket Club can hold these details for as long as the player is a registered member of the Club. Photography and Video Consent
The ECB and Podington Cricket Club recognises the need to ensure the data protection, welfare and safety of all players in cricket. As part of this commitment, we will not permit photographs, video images or other images of players to be taken or used without the consent of the Parent/Guardian and the cricketer themselves if they are under over the age of 16.

The ECB guidance on the use of images of children is available on www.ecb.co.uk/safeguarding The club will take steps to ensure that the images/footage are used solely for the purpose they are intended, which is the club’s cricketing activities. This will include the clubs web-site, league site and social media channels. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform the Club welfare officer or ECB Safeguarding Team immediately; safeguarding@ecb.co.uk

If photographs e.g. team or action shots, are submitted to the media or published on the Club, County Board or ECB website individuals will not usually be identified. However, there may in certain circumstances where we name individuals in related media and promotional content, and as such relevant permission is being sought through this consent document.

How the club and Play Cricket will use and store your data is detailed in the Play Cricket Privacy notice or Club Privacy Notice served on your registration.
I consent by signing below to the photographing and videoing of myself/ son’s / daughter’s involvement in cricket under the above terms and conditions. I understand that I can withdraw consent at any time, but this will not require any photographs or videos involving the Individuals this consent is given for prior to my consent being withdrawn or removed from publication
