- The signed agrees to UAA sponsorship as stated above and warrants that the information contained in this application is true to the best of his/her knowlege.
- The signed understands that this is not an invoice. An invoice will be sent to the billing contact.
- Payment can be made via a credit card link or by check.
- Payment in full is required within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
- All sponsorship benefits will be active within 5 to 7 business days of a paid in full invoice
- Company logos will be posted to all marketing content based on sponsorship level within 5-7 business days of a paid-in-full invoice.
- The signed agrees to and understands that a high resolution / transparent company logo is required and has been uploaded. These can be in JPEG or EPS file (CMYK vector)
