Scholarship Application Instructions
1) Be a High School Senior in Monroe County

2) Be a member of a local Church Congregation

3) Complete Sections A, B, C and D. of the Scholarship Application
4) Type or print all information clearly

5) Be prepared to show evidence that you have been accepted to an accredited two year or four year college or university

7) Must submit a COMPLETED APPLICATION to the person and address described in section F of this application on or before the Last FRIDAY of APRIL.

8) Be available for a personal interview upon request

9) Parent or Guardian signature (see section D of this application)
10) Letter of recommendation from the Pastor
