  • I am a tenant in the above-entitled case and respectfully request this Court stay (delay) and/or set aside (cancel) execution of the Lockout Order entered on  Pick a Date in the above-entitled case. 

  • I     been completely locked out of my residence by the Sheriff’s Office.

    Pursuant to Justice Court Rule of Civil Procedure (JCRCP) 110, a tenant may file a motion to stay a lockout order at any time after a notice for eviction is served upon the tenant.

    Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 70.010(2), this Court may stay the execution of a lockout order for no more than ten judicial days.

    Pursuant to JCRCP 60(b), this Court may set aside a lockout order if I am able to show that my failure to act in this case was due to a mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect, or was the result of some fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by my landlord.

    The lockout Order in this case should be     for the following reasons:
