2025 RMG Summer Vendor Application

Summer Sunday Markets at Riverfront Mini Golf

The last two Summer Sunday Markets will take place from 11am-3pm on July 27th and August 10th and are hosted by ThrivE Natrona. Riverfront Mini golf if providing the facility and helping with logistics for these markets.
Summer 2025
Location: Riverfront Mini Golf 301 West E St, Casper, WY 82601
(the mini golf place located in the Best Western's back parking lot off I-25 at Center St.)

Event Details
Vendor booths will be in the carpeted area of this event with an area reserved for live music as well as indoor/outdoor seating for guests eating and mingling.

We will be advertising via social media, posters around town, and will have posters available for vendors to place by request.

Product Types
We are open to all family-friendly product types. If you can show it to a 3 year old, you're good. This event will not allow any drug, sex, or other adult-only content due to the motto of the Young Marines to promote a "healthy, drug-free lifestyle".  MLM Vendors (Scentsy, Pampered Chef, ect.) will be limited to one space per company represented. If your product needs further inspection or permit/license from the health department, it is the vendor's responsibilty to seek this and have the appropriate documents at the market.

What's Provided & Booth Fees
1) Indoor Vendor Booth: $35 (9'x6') selling something, promoting a business, etc.

2) Front Outdoor Vendor Booth: $35 (10'x10') selling something, promoting a business, etc. Great for produce vendors and vendors with a tent!

3) Youth Indoor Vendor Booth (Sundays only): $15 (9'x6') available for youth ages 5-17 selling something, promoting a business service, etc.  A parent/guardian can be present and help as needed, but booth must primarily be run by the youth with products/services they make/offer.

Add-ons:

$10 for an 8' table to be provided.

$15 for electricity access (indoors only).

Restrooms and drinking fountain available to all. Mini golf will be open during these events.
Booths can be shared by multiple vendors but contained to their booth space provided.

Booth confirmation and fee invoices will be sent out upon vendor application approval, usually within 2 business days. *Summer Sunday market invoices will be paid through RMG and dispersed to ThrivE Natrona, a non-profit project of the Kiwanis Club of Casper promoting family and teen engagement, empowerment, education, and youth entreprenuership.

Set-up Time: Sundays from 10am-11am
Event Time: Sundays from 11am-3pm
Tear Down Time: 3pm-4pm (please do not tear down before 4pm)
