  • Camp Policies

  • To ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all campers and staff, we kindly ask that all families review and adhere to the following policies:

    Illness Policy

    • Please do not send your child to camp if they are sick, have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious symptoms.
    • Children must be fever-free and symptom-free for at least 24 hours (without the use of medication) before returning to camp.
    • If your child becomes ill during the day, a parent/guardian will be contacted to pick them up promptly.

    Medication Policy

    • Camp staff do not administer medications of any kind, including over-the-counter medication, prescription medication, or topical treatments.
    • If your child requires medication during the camp day, it must be administered by a parent/guardian or authorized caregiver.

    Injury & Emergency Policy

    • In the event of a minor injury, staff will administer basic first aid (e.g., cleaning a scrape or applying a bandage).
    • In the event of a more serious injury or medical emergency, 911 will be called and the parent/guardian will be notified immediately.
    • By enrolling your child in camp, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in physical activities and group settings.

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Parents have 2 payment options:  

    Option 1: Make full payment now

    Option 2: Pay 50% now & the remaining 50% by June 1. For this option, please put PayByJune1 in the coupon field.

     

     

    Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the registration form and payment. If a participant cancels, the fee is refundable minus a $50 administration fee. If the program is canceled by the organizer, the full amount will be refunded.
