    By submitting this form you give us authorization to process your file and agree to pay the ProFile Listing Launch fee immediately and Contract to close service and fee after closing. Listing Launches are not a single service and you are agreeing to the entire service to closing. Thank you!

  • Cancellation Policy for Listing Launches

    In the event that your seller does not sign, you will be charged a $50 processing fee. The remaining amount of the listing launch will then be credited back to your account.

    If your seller cancels the listing within 7 days of signing AND the listing is still in the withheld status you will get a 50% refund in the form of a credit to your account with us. If the listing is canceled after that for any reason or is already coming soon or active the total fee is still due.
