Run, Jump, RISE!
This event will be at Clinton Middle School in Clinton, Missouri on June 6, 2025 starting at 9:00AM and end around 12:00PM. Awards and lunch to follow. If it rains, the event will take place on June 12th.

We want to understand which events athletes are most interested in. The final event offerings will be based on interest, equipment availability, and safety considerations, so the list below is subject to change.

Running & Walking Events (Choose distance type that fits best)*

SHORT DISTANCE WALK OR DASH (10-25 Meters): For athletes who need assistance or prefer short distances. Options may include assisted walk, unassisted walk, or short sprint.MEDIUM DISTANCE WALK OR DASH (50-100 Meters): A great challenge for athletes who are building endurance or love to race a bit longer.LONG DISTANCE RUN (200+ Meters): For athletes who enjoy running greater distances around the track.WHEELCHAIR RACE (Distance based on ability): For athletes using wheelchairs - we'll adjust the distance based on comfort and safety.4- PERSON RELAY RACE: Work as a team to pass the baton and each complete a short segment of the race.NONE OF THESE INTEREST ME
Field Events*

SOFTBALL OR TENNIS BALL THROW: Throw a ball as far as you can. We'll match the ball type to your strength and comfort.STANDING LONG JUMP: Jump forward from a standing start and land on both feet.RUNNING LONG JUMP: Take a few steps to build speed and jump into a sandpit or marked area.MINI JAVELIN THROW: A fun and safe version of the javelin using a foam spear.NONE OF THESE INTEREST ME
Skills-Based & Non-Competitive Stations*

OBSTACLE COURSE: Navigate cones, hurdles, or fun challenges at your own pace.TARGET OR BEAN BAG TOSS: Toss bean bags or balls at a large target to practice aim.NONE OF THESE INTEREST ME
