Updated Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and plans change. However, to ensure we can continue providing quality services to all our patients, we have updated our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation/Reschedule Notice:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- If your appointment is on a Monday, please contact the office no later than Thursday of the previous week. This gives us the ability to accommodate other patients and make necessary adjustments.
2. Late Cancellations:
- If a cancellation is made within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of $100 per appointment hour will be charged.
3. No-Show
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice is considered a no-show. A fee of $100 per appointment hour will be charged for no-shows.
4. Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any special circumstances.
5. How to Cancel:
- Cancellations can be made by calling or texting 303-779-9472. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation for it to be valid.
