  • Availability & Participation Commitment

Your availability plays a vital role in casting decisions. The information you provide helps us build an accurate rehearsal calendar, so it is essential that cast members prioritize attendance and only miss rehearsals in cases of genuine emergency.

We kindly ask that you clear your calendar of other social or work obligations on rehearsal dates. This helps us make the most of everyone’s time and supports a smooth, focused experience for both cast and staff.

Please Note: Excessive absences—especially those not listed on your availability form—may result in role reassignment or, if necessary, removal from the cast.

At NLFA, we are a mission-driven ministry committed to presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ with excellence and truth. As we often say, “Missions is not simply a duty, but a love-driven purpose.”

If your schedule includes many conflicts, we encourage you to consider serving on one of our vital off-stage teams, such as:

    Stage crew
    Orchestra
    Costuming
    Set construction
    Sound & lighting
    Props management
    Media projection
    Recruiting
    Makeup
    Cast childcare
    Publicity & advertising
    Ticketing
    Ushering
    Hospitality

These roles offer a meaningful way to be involved, contribute to the ministry, and become part of our creative community.

By signing below, you confirm that you’ve read and understood these participation expectations and that you’re committed to preparing for your audition, including reviewing all materials available on the NLFA website.
