I understand that Snow Cookie Creation requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before my order will be on her calendar. Snow Cookie Creation will contact me about payment upon completion of this form. The remaining 50% will be due two weeks before pickup. If I need to cancel or change my order, it must be done at least two weeks prior to the arranged pickup date and time. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
