We are so excited to welcome you to campus as a UW Badger! We hopeyou’ll join us for FreshFest, a special early move-in experiencedesigned just for incoming Jewish freshmen. FreshFest gives you a head start oncollege life: connect with fellow Jewish students, explore vibrant Jewish lifeon campus, get to know Hillel, and enjoy a fun and meaningful experience beforethe rest of the freshman class arrives. Space is limited and spots are filledon a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early to secure your place!
What you'll get out of FreshFest
- Early Dorm Move In – Move in on Wednesday, August 26th standard move in will begin on Saturday (avoid the craziness!)
- Wednesday Night Bon Voyage Dinner with your family at Hillel
- 2+ days of programming with Hillel Staff to learn your way around, see campus buildings, meet other Jewish students, explore opportunities on campus and around Madison, kickstart your freshman year!
- All meals included, except one State Street lunch
- Evening social events
- Partnered with involved Jewish students
