  • Simi Valley Hispanic Heritage Festival: FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

    Please join us this year as a vendor for the Hispanic Heritage Celebration and Festival! We are looking for Hispanic Food Vendors. Fill the form below to participate on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10am - 4pm. Incomplete Applications WILL NOT be considered. Please note that all Food vendors must have their own pop-up tent with weights and the necessary requirements listed on the Ventura County TFF or a Food truck which is licensed to sell in Ventura County.     Every great event thrives on delicious food and a strong sense of community—and at Hispanic Heritage Festival, we value both!  

    We invite local and regional Food & Beverage vendors to apply for a spot at Hispanic Heriatge Festival. The Food Court, located at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, is an essential part of our event, offering visitors and vendors delicious culinary creations to fuel them throughout the day.

    Application & Selection Process
    All food vendor applications are reviewed and juried by SVCAC staff. Our goal is to curate a diverse selection of food options, ensuring a positive and successful experience for both vendors and attendees.

    📌 To apply, please:
    ✔ Complete the application form in full.
    ✔ Upload your menu and photos of your booth or food truck.

    We look forward to showcasing a variety of delicious offerings and supporting small businesses in our community!

    Requirements and costs for all food vendors (TFF1 and TFF2):

    • TFF1 Open Food Vendor with existing Ventura County Health Department Annual Permit Booth fee only: $150
    • TFF1 Open Food Vendor and Ventura County Health Department Event Permit Booth fee: $150; Event Permit: $144 - Total Cost: $294
    • TFF2 Prepackaged Food with existing Annual Permit - Booth Fee only: $50
    • TFF2 Prepackaged Food and Ventura County Health Department Event Permit Booth Fee: $50; Event Permit: $77 - Total Cost: $127

    All Accepted Food Vendors will need to legibly fill out the appropriate TFF Form provided (Vendors with Annual Permits do not need to fill this out as the VC Health Dept has it on file) pay the above fees, provide Libility Insurance Certificate to SVCAC, and sign a waiver.

  • TFF (Temporary Food Facility Operators) Permits and Booth Needs:

    Please read the following information carefully:
  • All accepted Food Vendors are required to have a Temporary Food Facility Operators Permit for Ventura County. Please don't be intimidated by this! We want to support your small business and encourage you to follow your culinary dreams! 

    You will need to fill out the forms (links are provided) and pay the fee if your application has been processed and accepted by SVCAC to participate in Hispanic Heritage Festival 2025. If you are accepted, then you will fill out the TFF form appropriate for your business (Prepackaged Food or Open Food), return completed form to the event organizer (Sandee McGee) and pay the appropriate permit fee to confirm your presence at CRAFTFEST 2025.

    Prepackaged Food Permit $77

    Additional Booth fees apply:

    Open Food Booth fee: $150

    Prepackaged Food Booth fee: $50

    (If your business already has an annual VC Health Department permit, you will only be required to pay your booth fee)
