    1. Intellectual Property

    All content, artwork, photos, graphics, and designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Celene Baez unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

    2. Service Terms

    All services offered (photography, design, editing, etc.) are subject to availability, pricing adjustments, and artistic discretion. Submission of a contact form does not guarantee project acceptance. Custom quotes may vary based on project complexity, deadline, and usage rights.

    3. Payment & Deposits

    Projects over $100 require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking. Final files or completed works will not be delivered until full payment is received. Payment plans may be arranged for larger projects on request.

    4. Turnaround Times

    Estimated timelines are discussed per project. Rush requests may be subject to an additional fee. Delays caused by lack of communication, late payment, or revision overload will shift the delivery timeline accordingly.

    5. Revisions & Boundaries

    Minor revisions are included in most services. Major changes, new direction requests, or revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees. Respect for time and creative boundaries is expected.

    6. Refund Policy

    Due to the custom and creative nature of all services, refunds are not issued once a project has begun. Exceptions may be made only in rare cases at the creator’s discretion.

    7. Client Conduct

    Harassment, manipulation, or excessive last-minute changes will result in contract termination without refund. Creative collaboration thrives on mutual respect.

    8. Privacy

    Your personal information (email, phone, etc.) will only be used to communicate regarding services or updates. I do not share, sell, or trade your info.

    9. Portfolio Use

    I reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    10. Digital File

    Use Final digital files are delivered for personal or agreed-upon commercial use. Re-editing or reselling my work without permission is not allowed.
