- Practical challenges and solutions for therapists interested in non-traditional practice settings
About the Speaker:
Haley Bodea, OTD, OTR/L, CPT, ASDCS is the founder of Thriving Therapies, LLC, a unique therapy practice located on a 3.5-acre organic farm in Chandler, Arizona. With a Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from Northern Arizona University and extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan with developmental disabilities, Haley specializes in trauma-informed care, feeding therapy, and community integration. As a Certified Trauma Professional and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, she brings specialized expertise to her innovative "community-home health" model that combines clinical knowledge with natural environments to foster holistic development. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at NAU, Haley is also involved in research examining family-centered emotional regulation and enjoys mentoring OTD students during their clinical rotations.
