Data entered via this form will be used by staff of the Church of Ireland & Methodist Chaplaincy to process your application, and to contact you with regard to it (for example, to arrange an interview, or to make or decline an offer). The data will only be ever used and retained in relation to your application and/or subsequent period of residency (if applicable). 

Saving your progress

This form allows you to save your progress as you go. The save icon appears at the bottom, beside the progress bar. On completion, you will also receive an email (to the address provided) with a copy of your completed application. Check your junk folder if you can't see it.

Applying for rooms

On the next screen, you will see a list of the types of rooms we have on offer, both single and shared, for 2025/2026. Please note that this has changed from previous years. (More information is available on our website regarding categories and provisional fees: https://www.thehubbelfast.org/accommodation)

You will be asked to deselect any categories for which you would not  want to receive an offer.

Please note: We will only contact you if a space is available for the type(s) of rooms you have selected. If a space becomes available, but in a category which you have not selected, you will not be contacted. Please give careful consideration to which options you deselect.

What's important to us at The Hub...

When trying to describe our core DNA, we talk about Worship, Community, Outreach, Discipleship and Hospitality as the 5 things The Hub is built on and all our ministries are shaped around. 

Our hope is that everyone gets involved in at least one thing whilst they live here, and gets the chance to grow in least one area of their faith. 

What does this look like at The Hub?

Worship - prayer ministry, prayer breakfasts, Worship 101, early morning prayer and worship (Throne Room), Sunday night prayer meeting

Community - student residential, quiz nights, eating together, social events, the annual formal, camping trips...

Outreach - Alpha, serving other halls of residence, street outreach, Foodbank, Easter mission team, overseas mission teams...

Discipleship - Weekly Bible study group, house worship nights, mentoring from staff, peer to peer mentoring

Hospitality - Cooking for each other, volunteering in The Hub Cafe, hosting events for international students, inviting friends to house dinners at The Hub
