PRE-SCHOOL REGISTRATION 2025-26

Welcome to Pre-K at Great Revelations Academy!

 

Please take a moment to fill out the information below. All returning and new students must sign up for a time slot to meet with the Pre-K Director. During this meeting, we will review important new information, update forms, and more.

Please note that all registration appointments for Pre-K, whether at the Dearborn or Dearborn Heights campus, will take place at the Dearborn location only.

Enrollment Eligibility:

 

Pre-K 3 Enrollment Criteria:

Children must turn 3 years old on or before October 1st to be eligible for enrollment in the Pre-K 3 classroom.

Pre-k 3 Classroom in Dearborn is waitlisted. Please call the school office for more information.

Pre-k 4 Classrom in Dearborn is closed and capped.

 

Pre-K 4 Enrollment Criteria:

Children must turn 4 years old on or before December 1st to be eligible for enrollment in the Pre-K 4 classroom.

 

Pre-K 3 & 4 Classroom in Dearborn Heights is closed and capped.

 

 FORMS & DOCUMENTATIONS:

 

As you come in during your scheduled time slot, please bring the following documentations:

• Driver's license
• Proof of residence (DTE Bill)
• Birth certificate
• Health Appraisal & Immunization Record 
• First payment (cash, check, Zelle)
