When choosing to work with me you get access to custom made training, nutrition and supplement plans along with exclusive access to a Whatsapp community where you are free to ask me any questions you may have. You will also have access to communicate and interact with like-minded people inside the Whatsapp community who share the same interests as you!
Let it be known that I am not a professional. This is my advice. It's me sharing with you what has worked for me and what I believe will work for you.
As previously stated, you will receive:
-16-week training program
-7 days of Training information (specific workouts/training days, rest days, abs & cardio)
-5 meals a day (specific meals along with macros, etc.)
-My personal recommendation is to use supplements.
