We’re hosting a community outreach at Cooper River Park where we’ll be out there simply loving on people—through prayer, conversation, and giving out care bags with snacks and drinks. The goal is to meet people where they are, show the love of Jesus, and invite them into connection.
There are a few simple ways you can serve:
- Info Table – Welcome people, share information about the church, and help them take next steps or stay connected.
- Prayer Table – Be available to pray with individuals and families who may need encouragement or support.
- Drink & Snack Table – Help distribute care bags, water, and snacks with a smile and kind energy.
- Kids Activity Team – Facilitate simple games and activities for children to create a fun, welcoming environment for families.
- Setup/Breakdown Team – Assist with getting everything ready before the event and cleaning up afterward.
- Donations – You can support by donating items like water, Gatorade, chips, or candy for our care bags.
- Balloon Team – Hand out balloons to children and families—this helps create joy and draws people in.
No matter how you serve, you’re helping us be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

Please note, all volunteers are expected to arrive at 9:00am at Cooper River Park Playground to begin preparing for a great day!
