I hereby give my consent to the forum organizers to record photographs, audio, and personal information related to my participation in the aforementioned activity. Such recordings may be used for promotional purposes in printed and online media. I acknowledge that I will not claim any form of compensation now or in the future for the use of such recordings.
Furthermore, if any information I provide is considered confidential, the organizers are obligated to maintain its confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws. Should there be any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information, the organizers shall take legal action as provided by relevant laws.
The copyright of all content and the event itself shall be considered joint copyright between the participant and Bangkok Pride. Bangkok Pride reserves the right to review and decide on the appropriateness of proposed topics or themes to suit the time available and will respond within 15 days upon receiving the proposal.
