The OAAS Hall of Fame Award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their agricultural society and the broader OAAS community. One individual will be inducted annually at the OAAS Convention.

Nominee’s Contributions and Achievements
1. Provide a brief (approximately 150 words) supporting statement as to why the nominee should be inducted in the OAAS Hall of Fame. This statement will form the basis for the official citation should the nominee be the inductee.
2. Describe how the nominee has demonstrated leadership and contributed to industry related education within their agricultural society and/or the OAAS.
3. Outline the nominee’s involvement with the OAAS beyond their local agricultural society, such as but not limited to serving as a District Committee Representative or Provincial Director.
4. Describe events, activities, or policies the nominee has initiated that improved their agricultural society.
5. Provide examples of how the nominee has inspired others to become involved in their agricultural society.
6. Additional Contributions (if applicable)Include details on judging, instructing, or other contributions to the OAAS or agricultural societies not included above.

Submission Instructions
• Completed nomination forms and supporting documents must be submitted by October 31, 2025

• Any nominee not selected will remain eligible for nomination in subsequent years, provided they meet eligibility criteria. Nomination forms will not be kept on file therefore a new nomination form will need to be completed at that time as information may change.

• All nominators will be informed of the status of their nomination by December 1, 2025.
