Please Read and Acknowledge the Following:
✅ General Agreement
I, the undersigned, understand that Acorn Hollow is a walk-in only, sensory-friendly play area designed for children to explore freely with supervision. I acknowledge that:

I am voluntarily allowing my child(ren) to participate in play at Acorn Hollow.
I understand that play may involve minor physical activity and the use of various sensory tools and toys.

I accept full responsibility for supervising my child(ren) during their visit (unless they meet the age requirement for independent play noted below).

Playroom Rules (Must Be Reviewed Prior to Entry):
* Sanitize hands before entering the playroom.
* No outside food or drink is allowed, except for adult beverages (e.g., water, coffee) or water to help maintain an allergy-friendly environment.
* Toys must stay in the sensory room and are not to be taken into or swapped with items from the toy store.
* Children must remain inside the sensory room unless accompanied by an adult.
* Respect the space and others. No bullying, toy throwing, rough play, or violence will be tolerated.
* Clean-up is encouraged, but not required. We kindly ask adults to model respectful cleanup behavior with their children.

Supervision & Safety Policy:
Children 5 years and under must be accompanied by an adult inside the playroom at all times.
Children 6 years and older may play independently as long as their parent/guardian remains inside the store and is easily reachable.

Young children must be closely supervised while using sensory bins, as some materials may pose a choking hazard if mishandled or mouthed.

If your child is 3 and under, please sit/be near them as they are playing in sensory bins.

Booking Policy:
Acorn Hollow is a walk-in only space—we do not accept prebookings to allow flexibility for families.
All play sessions are $10 per immediate family (no per-child pricing).


⚠️ Release of Liability:
I hereby release and hold harmless Acorn Hollow, Oak & Acorn Toy Store, and their employees and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in the playroom, including (but not limited to) personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the behavior and supervision of my child(ren) while at the facility and that I have read and agree to abide by all posted rules and policies.
