CAMP LOCATIONS :

1. Indoor Facility:

Netsports

3717 Davis Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560

2. Outdoor Facility (based on availability):

Green Hope Elementary School Volleyball Courts

or

North Cary Park

1100 Norwell Blvd, Cary, NC 27513

Note: TTC reserves the right to change the facility to any other ones, in case of any unforeseen situations.

Any changes to the facility will be communicated by May 7, 2025. Dates and timings will remain the same.
COACHING CAMP :

The Coaching Camp schedule will be planned only for the dates and times mentioned below. You need not have Coaching on all the days/ timings listed. Based on the number of registrations received, a minumum of total 9-15 coaching camp hours will be allocated for each level of participants.

REFEREE CLINIC :

The Referee Clinic consists of three main sections to help you gain necessary knowledge and skills to become a certified throwball referee.

The Coaching Camp schedule will be planned only for the dates and times mentioned below. You need not have Coaching on all the days/ timings listed. Based on the number of registrations received, a minumum of total 9-15 coaching camp hours will be allocated for each level of participants.

Referee Clinic Sections:

1. Theoretical Session
- An in-depth discussion on the rules, regulations, and reponsibilites of a throwball referee.
- Q&A session to clarify any doubts or quries.
2. Practical Session
- Hands-On training and demonstrations on referrring techniques, positioning, and decision-making.
- Participants will engage in practical scenarios to apply the learned concepts.
3. Certification Exam
- After competing the theoretical and practical sessions, participants will take an exam consisting of 100 questions.
- To pass the exam, you must achieve a minimum score of 40.
- Referee Certification.

I also undersdtand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the activities.

Code of Conduct and Behavior Disclaimer:

By participating in the Coaching Camp and/or Referee Clinic, I agree to adhere to the rules, guidelines, and expectations set forth by the Triangle Throwball Club (TTC). This includes respecting fellow participants, coaches, staff, and volunteers. I understand that any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, verbal abuse, or physical altercations, may result in immediate removal from the program without refund. I also agree to follow the organizaiton's policies regarding sportsmanship, punctuality, and commitment.

Photo and Video Consent Release

I Understand that during my participation in the Coaching Camp and/or Referee Clinic, the Triangle Throwball Club (TTC) may take photographs and/or video recordings of me. I hereby grant TTC permission to use these photos and videos on their official website, social media platforms, or for any other promotional purposes related to the organization. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photos and videos.
