Full payment must be made within three (3) days of submitting the application. Failure to do so will result in the registration not being considered.

2. Right to Refuse Registration

Dar Alarqam Multicultural Association reserves the right to decline any registration and issue a full refund at its discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.

4. Payment Plans

Payment plan requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Dar Alarqam Management Team.

5. Course Cancellation

In the event that the course is cancelled and does not proceed, all fees paid will be refunded to the original payment account.
