Welcome to Blaze Xtreme All Star Cheer and Dance!

We’re beyond excited to have you join the BX Family for Season 3! Your athlete is officially on their way to an amazing year filled with growth, hard work, and unforgettable memories.

Now that your athlete has finished the tryout process, it’s time to lock in their spot and get ready for an unforgettable Season 3 with Blaze Xtreme!

Step One: Review the Registration Packet

Please take time to thoroughly review the Registration Packet located on our website. This packet includes everything you need to know about our program, policies, expectations, and important season information. It’s your go-to guide for becoming a successful member of the Blaze Xtreme family.

Step Two: Complete the Registration Form & Submit Payment
Fill out the online registration form and submit your $150 registration fee.
This fee includes:
- Liability insurance coverage for your athlete
- Annual registration for the 2025-2026 season
- Season 3 Practice Gear
Payment instructions are included within the form.

Step Three:

Attend Team Reveals and Uniform Fitting on June 30th at 6:30pm
WAIVER INFORMATION

I/We understand I/We will be required to sign a code of contact contract as well as a safety waiver before the beginning of the season.
