- Dirtiness Level of Area
- Light- A general dulling of the surface color — maybe a light yellow or green tint, or some dusty spots from pollen, weather, or nearby trees.
  This is the most common level we see, especially for homes that haven’t gone more than a year or two without a cleaning.
  
  Why it matters:
  A light wash can bring back that fresh, clean look and really brighten your curb appeal without being harsh on surfaces.
- Medium- More noticeable color changes — often a greenish, slightly darker shade in shaded or damp areas, and possibly some early signs of algae or mildew starting to set in.
  Common on siding, driveways, or fences that haven’t been cleaned in a couple years.
  
  Why it matters:
  Still very treatable with a standard wash, but may take a little extra care to fully restore the original color.
- Heavy- Darker staining — black, reddish, or deep green patches from mold, algae, rust, or long-term grime.
  Often seen in areas that haven’t been washed in many years, or in spots with poor drainage or lots of tree coverage.
  
  Why it matters:
  This level may require deeper treatment or specialized solutions, but the transformation is often dramatic — you’ll be amazed at the difference.
