Average Rating Explained: Average ratings are calculated by adding all the scores and dividing by the total number of ratings. It is their AVERAGE rating.
5 = You’re a Top-Level Performer. You have a general understanding of all aspects of our operations, consistently exceed expectations, innovate, and you motivate others through your own actions.
4 = You’re a Very Good Performer. You exceed expectations of the position and consistently strive to be the best, with few but noted areas for even further growth.
3 = You are currently in good standing and viewed as meeting expectations, but as not fully utilizing the full set of your skills that admittedly exist.
2= Immediate improvement is desired and will be ensured by regular evaluations over a 60-day period to ensure areas of opportunity and desired growth are addressed.
1 = Meet to discuss continued involvement in positional activities and other potential positional matches in our organization.
