🔔 Vendor Agreement & Policies for CarFest SA 2026
Please read and acknowledge the following policies to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all vendors at CarFest SA:

⚠️ Weather Contingency & Layout Flexibility

Vendor layouts will be adjusted for both fair weather and inclement weather scenarios.
CarFest SA reserves the right to relocate vendor booths as needed for safety, logistics, or operational flow.
Only food trucks will remain outside. Food booths will be strategically placed inside and around expo halls.

🔥 Fire Marshal Requirement

All vendors are required to comply with Bexar County Fire Marshal regulations.
We will connect you with Fire Marshal officials in advance to coordinate necessary inspections.
Vendors must pass fire safety checks prior to operating at the event.

🔌 Electrical Fee Policy

If you require electricity, a $100 pre-paid electrical fee is required with your registration.
Vendors requesting electricity day-of or past the registration deadline will incur a late electrical fee of $250.
Power needs must be clearly stated in your form submission to guarantee access.
