Memorial Forest Club has the following rental rates for 2025:

Youth Non-Profit (Max of 75 people, must be 501(c)3 and maximum of 2 hours): $30

Adult Non-Profit (Maximum of 75 people, must be 501(c)3 and maximum of 2 hours): $65

Day Event for Birthday Party, Luncheon or Meeting (between hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm): $250

Non-Profit Fundraising Event (Must be 501(c)3) renting the facility): $400

Standard Event: $600

Private Pool Party during closed pool hours: $300 + cost of lifeguards at $45 per guard.

Clubhouse is available for rental from January 2025 to Opening Pool Weekend and Closing Pool Weekend and December 2025. Clubhouse maybe rented during summer on Monday only when the pool is closed. Any events with food + drinks will charged a cleaning fee of $200. Any events with alcohol and/or over 75 attendees will be required to have a security guard present.

Pool is available for rent for private pool party only when the pool is closed. Pool rental is maximum of 75 people - including swimmers and attendees. Lifeguards are calculated based on total people not swimmers.
