PARADE ENTRY FEES & INFORMATION
Entry Fee for the Parade will be based off the timeframe and structure of the organization submitting an application. Any Organization Includes all your parade participants in your walking group, horses, bands, motorized & non-motorized entries, etc.
On behalf of El Paso Sun City Pride, we would like to thank you in advance for your support and contributions. We are 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with an all-volunteer, working Board of Directors. Your support of EPSCP helps to sustain our general operations and the initiatives, scholarships, and programs we produce or support for and by the El Paso LGBTQIA+ community.
Corporate Entities (including franchises and chains):
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your generous corporate donation last year. Your support has played an essential role in helping us award $10,000 in scholarships, and several MacBooks and iPads to further education in region. We are incredibly appreciative of your commitment to our mission and positive change you help bring about.
As we look ahead to this year, we are excited about the opportunities to build on our past successes and continue making a difference to the LGBTQIA+ community in El Paso and surrounding areas. With your continued support we can further our efforts to promote education and create programming for our diverse community. Your involvement helps fuel our mission and sets an inspiring example of corporate social responsibility. Applications received between April 22 to May 16 Entry Fee $750;
Applications received between May 16 to June 6 Entry Fee $1,000;
Applications received between June 6 to June 21 Entry Fee $1,250
Non-corporate/Small Business Entities:
We would also like to express our gratitude for your generous donation last year. We understand the impact fees can have on smaller businesses. We would like to remind you all donations and fees stay within the El Paso community. Your role in furthering education does not go unnoticed. We strive to keep your fees low to encourage your participation in our parade as it is you, and your community for whom we show pride!

Applications received between May 16 to June 6 Entry Fee $60;
Applications received between June 6 to June 21 Entry Fee $70
Nonprofit Entities:
Finally, we would like to thank you, our community nonprofits. We are grateful to you as we work together towards the common goals of acceptance, awareness, education, and inclusion. In gratitude of your tireless work and advocacy, EPSCP will continue to waive parade fees for our nonprofit partners.
Raising awareness to equal rights has long been an El Paso tradition, both legally and socially, and we celebrate EP Sun City Pride to affirm that tradition. We are proud of having almost two decades of service to this community and recognize we could not be where we are today without community support and our sponsors. However, we should not lose sight of the fact that there is still much to do, and we are always graciously accepting your help.
Your support will allow us to focus on the organization's objectives which are devoted to charitable, community outreach, educational & recreational projects here in El Paso. An additional donation is greatly appreciated and will not go unnoticed in our community. These donations will go towards growing the El Paso Sun City Pride Parade for years to come and aid in growing our Pride Parade Scholarship and providing education to the community of El Paso. To grow the presence of our loving city and extend the love we have for all in the El Paso, Las Cruces, and Ciudad Juárez region.
