  • Booth space options:  10x10 no electric ---------------------------------------------------------------------$25.00 Applications must be received no later than July 12th, 2025 unless otherwise extended. Applications after the deadline, will only be accepted if space is available. Booth space for Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 3:30-9:00p. Please sign this form and include photo of booth with your check or money order made payable to: The Campbellsburg Country Festival, PO Box 4 Campbellsburg, IN 47108.  Churches or school organizations who set up a booth and have a children’s game for children to come around and play (cost to play the game is suggested to be $1.00 or less, or even free) can get a free 10x10 no electric booth rental spot. DISCLAIMER: In consideration for the following, I for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights for claims for damages I may have against any of the sponsors (Town of Campbellsburg, Campbellsburg Betterment Committee, Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee, Campbellsburg Parks Board and/or other organizers) of this event known as the Campbellsburg Country Festival Kick Off Event in Campbellsburg, Indiana, which may arise as results of my participation. 
  • Please take a moment to read the following rules and regulations before submitting your application to ensure a successful event for everyone involved. LOCATION: Campbellsburg Ball Park. Campbellsburg is located on State Rd 60 between Salem and Mitchell, Indiana. Salem is approximately 10 miles East and Mitchell is approximately 14 miles West of Campbellsburg. We are 45 miles Northwest of Louisville, KY and 45 miles South of Bloomington, IN. This agreement is for craft/commercial vendors. Acceptance for all vendors will be at the discretion of the Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee.The vendor agrees that the Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee may revoke this Agreement at any time for any reason and that vendor’s damages will be limited to refund of the fee paid. This agreement is for space only. Campbellsburg Country Festival will not supply canopies, tables, or other equipment. Campbellsburg Country Festival  will not be responsible for manpower needed to place trailers and equipment. Cancellations or No-Shows. No refunds will be given. In the event of an emergency, Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee will take each situation into consideration and bring it to a vote prior to any refunds. Placement for vendors is at the discretion of Campbellsburg Country Festival  Committee. Each application will be reviewed before space assignments are made. Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee will not be responsible for any equipment left on the festival site after tear-down. Campbellsburg Country Festival  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, equipment, etc. Campbellsburg Country Festival is not responsible for accidents or injuries. All booths, equipment, and supplies MUST be removed after closing. Sharing, trading, or selling a contracted booth space is strictly prohibited without written approval from Campbellsburg Country Festival. It is the responsibility of each contracted vendor to clean up around the contracted booth area on a continual basis throughout the duration of the Festival. Full trash bags must be placed at a trash pickup area. All other vehicles must be out of the vendor area during the festival hours. Special parking needs MUST BE CLEARED with Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee PRIOR to your arrival. NOTE: There are no electrical or water supplies for motorhomes on grounds. If you need parking for a motorhome or stock truck, please include this request with the signed contract. Non-compliance of the rules as outlined in this agreement or in further written notices will result in removal of vendor with no refund due.Payment in full must accompany the application. Payment can be made via Venmo or mailed to the following address and make checks payable to:  Campbellsburg Country Festival PO Box 4, Campbellsburg, IN 47108RULES: Exhibitors must apply on the official entry form or a copy thereof. We are striving to present a show of high quality and reserve the right to refuse entries at our discretion. Campbellsburg Country Festival Committee reserves the right to ask that any items be removed from your booth that may be deemed inappropriate. This is strictly a family-oriented event. NO FIREARMS OR PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL WILL BE ALLOWED.
