Please list ALL items you plan to display and/or sell in your booth space. This is asked so that we do not overbook in 1 specific genre of creations - and so we do not put you next to someone with like items.
Do you have a special request or a special need? Please list it here. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not promise we are able to -- but we will try!
Disclaimer – The undersigned has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the rules and regulations established by Brooksville Pumpkin and Masaryk Winery and understands that failure to do so may result in loss of assigned space and/or termination of participation. Due to the nature of this event, being a month long and pumpkin themed – there are no rain dates and no refunds will be given. We are not quick to cancel (the hurricanes and massive flooding in 2024 was unavoidable and thankfully isolated in these 23 years), and like everyone hope for the best weather. If this event is canceled for any reason, there will be no refunds. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brooksville Pumpkin Patch, Masaryk Winery, and all of their officers, employees, representatives, directors, contractors, and/or agents from and against all of their liability(including personal injury, property damage, and death), claims, suits, damages, levies, costs, losses and fees including attorney's fees arising out of or related to any of my activities as a result of participation in “Brooksville Pumpkin Patch” events.
