El Decorador se reserva el derecho de suspender sus servicios en cualquier momento cuando crea firmemente que existe un riesgo o amenaza para la seguridad y protección de su personal. Sin embargo, en tal caso, el Decorador está obligado a informar inmediatamente al Cliente y compartir los detalles de la vulnerabilidad de seguridad. El Decorador continuará trabajando con su personal tan pronto como la vulnerabilidad sea solucionada.

El Decorador podrá mostrar, usar y publicar videos y fotografías de los eventos para la promoción en las cuentas de redes sociales del Decorador y en su sitio web con el fin de promover sus servicios. Todos los videos o imágenes estarán sujetos a la aprobación del cliente con respecto a su identidad personal. Sin embargo, el Decorador poseerá la propiedad total de los materiales fotográficos y de video.

El Decorador está obligado a tener al menos una persona de contacto en el lugar del evento el día del Evento. Las solicitudes razonables del Cliente deberán ser atendidas por estas personas.

El Decorador presentará las muestras al Cliente de acuerdo con las demandas del Cliente dentro de un tiempo razonable después de la firma del contrato. El Cliente notificará al Decorador de su elección por escrito. Si los productos seleccionados no pueden ser suministrados, el Decorador estará obligado a proporcionar el equivalente del producto obteniendo la aprobación del Cliente, sin reflejar la diferencia de precio.

El Decorador no podrá exigir una diferencia de precio por ningún motivo, como aumento de precio, dificultad de suministro, etc. Si el Cliente tiene una nueva solicitud que no esté mencionada anteriormente o si se solicita un producto de una categoría diferente, el Cliente deberá pagar la diferencia de precio.

El Decorador asegura que todos los materiales y elementos de decoración están en excelente estado y serán decorados por el personal profesional del Decorador. El Decorador no será responsable si alguna de las expectativas del Cliente no se cumple debido a prohibiciones u obstáculos en el lugar que impidan al Decorador implementar dicho diseño.
 

The Decorator reserves the right to suspend its services anytime when it firmly believes that there is risk or threat to the safety and security of its staff. However, in such a case, the Decorator is obliged to immediately inform the Client and share the details of the security vulnerability. The Decorator shall continue to work with its staff as soon as the vulnerability is fixed.

The Decorator may display, use, and publish video and photographs from events for promotion in Decorator's social media accounts and on its website for purpose of promotion of its services. All videos or images shall be subject to the approval of the client as to their personal identity. However, Decorator shall possess full ownership over the photo and video materials.

The Decorator is obliged to have at least one contact persons in the event venue on the day of the Event. Reasonable requests of the Client shall be met through these persons.

The Decorator presents the samples to the Client in accordance with the Client's demands within a reasonable time after the signing of the Contract. The Client notifies the decorator of their choice in writing. If the selected products cannot be supplied, the Decorator is obliged to provide the equivalent of the product by obtaining the Client's approval, without reflecting the price difference.

The Decorator cannot demand a price difference for any reason such as price increase, supply difficulty, etc. If the Client has a new request other than the ones mentioned above or if a product is requested from a different category, the Client shall pay the price difference.

Decorator assures that all materials and decor items are in excellent condition and shall be decorated by the Decorator's professional staff. Decorator shall not be held responsible for if any of the expectations of the Client is not met due to prohibitions or obstacles on the venue that prevents Decorator from implementing such design

El Cliente sabe y acepta que todos los materiales utilizados para la decoración están en posesión del Decorador. Dado que todos los materiales serán devueltos al Decorador, el Cliente es responsable del uso cuidadoso de todos los materiales durante el evento. Cualquier daño resultante del evento causado por el Cliente será asumido por el Cliente, incluyendo el costo de reparación o reemplazo.

Si este contrato se firma para un evento al aire libre, el Cliente acepta eximir al Decorador de toda responsabilidad.

El Cliente deberá notificar de manera inmediata al Decorador por escrito si el evento es cancelado por cualquier motivo. El Cliente sabe y acepta que el anticipo no será reembolsado.
 
No obstante cualquier disposición en contrario contenida en este documento, el proveedor de la "HIRAYA EXPERIENCE" no será responsable por retrasos o fallos en el rendimiento derivados de actos que estén fuera de su control razonable, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, fuerza mayor, actos de terrorismo, escasez de suministros, averías o fallos, interrupciones o mal funcionamiento de las instalaciones informáticas, pérdida de datos debido a fallos de energía o dificultades mecánicas con los sistemas de almacenamiento o recuperación de información, dificultades laborales, guerra o disturbios civiles. 
 

The Client knows and accepts that all of the materials used for decoration are in the possession of the Decorator. Since all of the materials will be taken back by the Decorator, the Client is responsible for the careful use of all materials during the event. Any damage resulting from the event of Client shall be borned by Client including the cost of repair or replacement.
 

If this Contract is signed for an outdoor event, Client agrees to release Decorator from all liability.
 

The Client shall promptly notify the Decorator in writing if the event is canceled for any reason. The Client knows and accepts that the down payment shall not be refunded.
 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the "HIRAYA EXPERIENCE" provider shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist acts, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labor difficulties, war, or civil unrest.
