    If you would like a portion of your ground beef made in to patties, please answer the following 2 questions. If not, please skip down to "specialty meat options". Patties add an additional $2.99 per pound of meat made in to patties.
  • Specialty Meats Option

    You have the option to use a portion of your trim for specialty meats, such as snack sticks, salami, and jerky. All of our specialty meats are crafted and smoked in house with your own meat. they are a great way to have wholesome snacks on the go year around. If you do not want specialty meats, you may leave these fields blank and skip down to "Front Quarter". Want more than two options? Write them in the "other instructions" section at the bottom. 25 lb minimum batch size
