CONDITIONS
I authorise the PWUA to represent me in employment related matters.
If I am an employee – I authorise my employer to deduct fees from my wages/salary and send them to the PWUA.
If I am a contractor – when the PWUA receives this form the union will contact you to set up a confidential $10.00 per month direct debit fee from your bank account to the PWUA.
Current fee deductions for employees are:
Full-time = 30 or more hours per week; Part-time = less than 30 hours per week, or on-call
