Terms of Hire
This notice is to confirm the conditions of hire.
Although every effort has been made to enable adult and malware content filters to the wifi connection from the starlink mini unit we take no responsibility for any intentional misuse and the customer will be 100% liable for any breaches in Australian domestic law and graphic content.
The customer will be responsible for any damages to the unit, case and cable provided, a CASH deposit of $100 will be held until the unit and all cables is returned in an undamaged condition.
A copy of a valid drivers licence will be copied at the time of hand over.
A tracker is placed in the unit and will be used to retrieve the unit should it be considered stolen at any time.
The property of the unit remains the possession of Interactive Technologies at all time.
Usage of the starlink app is to be downloaded to the main customer device to enable to best orientation and enable best connection speeds and reliabilty , we can not guarantee peak speeds as this is at the mercy of satellites that are out of our control, although we do recommend it is out of the shade of trees and other obstructions.
The customer can specify a password that is easy for them to remember and will make every effort to enable it upon the time of hardware collection
