Booths are required to have a $1,000,000 Liability Policy that names the De Soto Days Festival as additionally insured. Do you have insurance?* This field is required.If you do not have insurance, insurance may be purchased through the De Soto Days Committee.

Food vendors are required to participate all 3 days and be open for the entirety of the festival.

Thursday and Friday: 6pm -10pm

Saturday: 11am - 10pm

All set-up should be completed prior to festival start times. Once your application has been approved and payment has been made, you will receive a separate email with details on set-up times and your assigned booth location.

Booths must be self contained. 20x20' space is provided. If you need additional space, an additional fee will be accessed.

TermsI understand, in consideration of permission to participate as a vendor in the De Soto Days Festival, I do hereby release and hold harmless De Soto Days and the City of De Soto from any and all liability for damages which may arise from my (our) use of the grounds, public ways, booth and electrical power use during the festival. I/We further understand and agree that I/We shall be responsible for any and all claims of persons working for and with me, guests and customers involved in our participation in De Soto Days Festival and agree to hold De Soto Days and the City of De Soto harmless from such claim and indemnify De Soto Days and the City of De Soto from costs and damages which may result from such claims. All federal, state and local laws governing retails sales tax must be follow. Rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. I have read and agree to abide by the Vendor Rules.
