  • Letter of Acceptance Application for a Parent with a Valid Work Permit

    To help us process your application as quickly as possible, please include ALL required documents by email: mlmc.services@rcsd.ca with this submission. Please note that a Letter of Acceptance will not be provided during school holidays.
  • ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED by email: mlmc.services@rcsd 

    1. A Letter of Acceptance costs $250 CDN for each child or $500 CDN for two or more children from the same family (See payment options in the Fees section.)
    2. If only one parent will be living with the child in Regina, the Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent/Guardian for Minors IMM5604E must be signed and notarized by the non-accompanying parent.
    3. Student and parent's passport
    4. Student Birth Certificate
    5. Student Baptismal Certificate
    6. Parent's Work Permit

  • Payment Options

    E-transfer - accountsreceivable@rcsd.ca - use password "International" - include student's Last Name in the Message.  After sending the fee, please e-mail mlmc.services@rcsd.ca to confirm receipt.
