Please join us for a day at the park and paddleboarding! We will be providing paddleboards, life jackets, and instruction on how to use, so beginners are encouraged to attend! If you don’t want to paddleboard, but want to enjoy a day at the lake or exploring the park, you are still welcome to join! If mentors do not already have a State Parks Pass, they will need to cover the entrance fee ($12). Ideally, this is just for mentor/mentee matches, but if a mentor can’t make it and a mentee can come with another adult, please indicate below and we’ll be in touch. Also, if you have a paddleboard you can bring with, please indicate as well.
When: Friday, July 11th from 10am-1pm
Where: The Gravel Pounds at Chatfield State Park
Note: Feel free to pack a picnic lunch, SOY will provide drinks!
