Which Level of Team?This is a rough idea of the levels based on last year and what we’d like next year to look like. Give us an idea of where you’d like to be next season. You’re not locked into any particular level, but let us know your ideal level for time, preferred experience and budget. Please be sure to clarify your answer on the next pages so that we can understand everyone’s mindset. Two BIG CHANGES from what was originally planned - ONLY ELITES WILL HAVE REQUIRED NATIONALS. Competition team will still be expected to attend summer classes when possible to keep up their training using the flexible summer pass. We will be INCLUDING the solo competition fees for our full-team main competitions in your all-inclusive monthly payments, instead of having parents pay separately for them as they come up. You will only be paying as you go for any optional competitions you would like to take your solo to.

Preferred Team Level Next Year* This field is required.Which level of team are you hoping to join next season? We’re planning to maintain the same structure as this season for the most part. **The main differences will be that ONLY Elite dancers will attend nationals and June rehearsals for the coming season. As you know, the exact fees and schedules can change from year to year, but they shouldn’t be too drastically different from last season. We will go back to including solo performance fees in the payment plan for elites at the very least, for the main required competitions.** You’re not committing to anything, but we need a general idea of the number of dancers so we can start creating schedules and other arrangements earlier this year.

Will you continue to dance for recreational purposes at Esprit by taking either regular or drop-in style classes, or are you considering pursuing a different activity? We’ve got to focus on the rest of the season’s competitions and recital planning first:)

Musical Theatre* This field is required.Are you interested in musical theater (continuing and expanding on the training and performances we’ve already offered at the studio… perhaps more?) We have some great ideas for our kids, but we need to know how many and who are truly passionate about the experience to help us plan accordingly. This includes singing, acting, musicals, and other related activities.

Parent Involvement* This field is required.Are you interested in leading/helping out with groups like the booster club, prop support group, community event management, planning team bonding activities/parties etc? Let us know your skillset! We need parents that can help with planning and logistics, those who may have financial or bartering resources to share, those who can build, paint, organize, decorate, clean, design, photograph, etc! The more parents we have to consistently help out, the more we can do as a studio! We’d like to do a full-studio large fundraiser next year, like a golf or fishing tournament or something similar. This is a rough estimate, and is subject to change. It is always possible that your specific costs will be a little higher based on specific numbers of routines, competition fees, etc. FEES ARE AUTO-DRAFTED MONTHLY OR YOU CAN CHOOSE SPLIT PAYMENTS ON THE 5TH AND 20TH. We will make every effort to keep these costs as close as possible, but many factors are out of our control so you may be asked to make additional payments closer to the end of the season.
