By signing herein, I attest that I am aware of the potential risks and dangers that may exist by allowing myself and/or my child to participate in the 2025 Swing into Tennis activities. Furthermore, I agree to release and hold Clayton County, its elected and appointed officials, directors, employees, and volunteers harmless from any and all liabilities that could arise or could be alleged to have arisen from myself or my child being injured during participation in any aspect of the event, including but not limited to instruction, play, practice, warm-up, or transition between courts and activities. This release includes any claims from any heirs, family, or other applicable assignees.
I also attest that by signing this waiver, I understand there may be possible risks involved for myself and/or my child, and it is my responsibility to recognize and avoid those dangers. I agree to exercise the utmost care and attention for the safety of myself and/or my child throughout our participation in the event and to follow all safety instructions provided by facilitators, instructors, or event staff.
I further attest that I am voluntarily permitting myself and/or my child to participate in this event, and I am signing this liability release under no duress. I understand that participation is entirely optional and that I have the choice not to allow myself or my child to take part in the activities.
